- All intellectual and industrial property rights in the content belong to the Seller or its licensors.
- The Seller gives no guarantee as to exam results or university admission.
Article 7. Technical faults and refunds
If access to the content cannot be provided for a reason attributable to the Seller and the problem is not resolved within a reasonable time, the price is refunded in accordance with the Delivery and Refund Terms. Refunds are made through iyzico to the card used for payment.
Article 8. Personal data
The personal data of the Buyer and the student are processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
