Questions about buying
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card through iyzico with 3D Secure. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Troy are accepted; card details never reach ExamsLab.
When does my package open?
Immediately: the moment the payment is approved, the package is added to your account and you are taken to it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment if you have not started any mock or answered any question in the package. Details: Delivery and Returns
What happens when my access ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. You keep your results and can buy the package again whenever you like.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Where a package says so, moving to the bigger package deducts what you already paid for the smaller one.
